ABOUT ASTRID GALE :
Astrid Gale is a simultaneous conference interpreter, writer and amateur photographer. After a productive professional career in her native Costa Rica, she moved to the United States to live with her husband, Tim Gale.
She is by nature an empathetic and creative person. Her love for the Word of God began after an interesting conversion in her second year of college. The details of how she went from being a rebellious young woman to a woman in love with the Lord are found in her second book, the autobiography entitled: "The Prison of My Words". Her first book was written in honor of her mother and is entitled: "Dora's Remarkable Journey, a Relentless Overcomer."
Astrid manages the Hispanic ministry of Pastor Francis Frangipane (writer of the book “The Three Battlegrounds”) and founder of the In Christ´s Image Training, which is an international on line training school. The lessons of this course are sent each semester to various countries of Latin America and its English version reaches the whole world.
Often the highlight of her year are the simulcasts she has the opportunity to interpret live into Spanish for LifeWay Christian Resources, IF Gathering, and other great organizations whose positive influence reaches thousands of women around the world. Additionally, she volunteers at local women's ministries and occasionally leads Bible studies.

Her passion for writing began in her childhood and her writings include stories, devotionals, poems and biographies. She has kept her collection private and it was not until a few years ago that she started publishing some of her works.
Her favorite activities include traveling with her husband Tim, walking her two dogs, and painting with fluid acrylics.
